It's been a bad week. And it's all my fault, too. That makes it worse. I can't even twist this around so it's someone elses fault. It sucks.

1. I'm getting a D in Calc.
2. I'm a compulsive study-hall skipper. I can't stop. And I keep getting detentions.
3. I went on a bad date. And I handled it wrong. But it could have been worse.
4. I smoked the bible. Not the whole thing. Is that even possible? My god...
5. I've had cake/cheesecake pretty much everyday this week. I hate working with food. It screws me up.
6. My best friend won't talk to me because I didn't call him during my bad date.
7. I'm out of grapes.
8. And orange juice.
9. I missed my German test this morning because I slept in.
10. I keep getting the urge to eat cole-slaw. I hate cole-slaw.
11. I fucked up my wrists in the Flogging Molly pit, and now I can't even masturbate properly.
12. I haven't worked out in 5 days. Haven't even taken my dogs on a walk.
13. I smell like onions and pizza. Side effects of working in an Italian restaurant.

Pretty much, I just have to study, perhaps in study hall? I have to go grocery shopping, buy some wrist braces and a vibrator, stop at the gym, beg my best friend and jesus for forgiveness, make up my german test, stop thinking about cole-slaw, never even make eye contact with the dessert section at work, and bathe.

I don't have time for this shit.

Everything from toothpaste to energy drinks.

Their newest product is called Tunguska Blast, and I've yet to try it. But that's only because a 4 pack of 32oz bottles is $210. Yeah, it's a bit pricey. But it's beyond worth it. I've fallen inlove with their B12 drink and their all natural coconut conditioner.
Vitamin B12

So, for those of you that don't read lengthy profile information[it's okay, I rarely do either], well, mine says that I'm a vegan. A very strict one at that. I was reading up on some vegan articles last night, and I came across one about Vitamin B12. And I honestly can't remember the last time I had anything with Vitamin B12, since it's a vitamin that comes from all the things I've chosen not to eat.

There's something called Vitamin B12 Deficiency. And it's likely to occur in a lot of strict vegetarians and vegans. I've been a vegan for about 6 years, and to read about this, it was a little scary.

Symptoms tend to develop slowly and may not be recognized immediately. As the condition worsens, common symptoms include:

Weakness and fatigue
Light-headedness and dizziness
Palpitations and rapid heartbeat
Shortness of breath
A sore tongue that has a red, beefy appearance
Nausea or poor appetite
Weight loss
Diarrhea
Yellowish tinge to the skin and eyes

If low levels of B12 remain for a long time, the condition also can lead to irreversible damage to nerve cells, which can cause the following symptoms:

Numbness and tingling in the hands and feet
Difficulty walking
Muscle weakness
Irritability
Memory loss
Dementia
Depression
Psychosis

I won't go into which symptoms I've experienced and all the medication and money I've spent on doctors to figure out what's wrong with me. But after finding this, I'm for sure buying B12 vitamins. And if there are any vegetarians or vegans reading this, please please do yourself a favor and get some B12 vitamins as well.

Do one of the following:
1.eat fortified foods two or three times a day to get at least three micrograms (mcg or mg) of B12 a day or
2.take one B12 supplement daily providing at least 10 micrograms or
3.take a weekly B12 supplement providing at least 2000 micrograms.

Fortified foods and B12 supplements are vegan!

"All commercial B12 is produced by fermentation reactions using bacteria which excrete B12 – just as other microorganisms excrete alcohol in fermentation reactions to produce wine and beer." [http://www.veganviews.org.uk/vv97/vv97stevewalsh.html]

So prove that a vegan lifestyle IS healthy!
